As a Real Estate agent your number one job is lead generating! With that comes the phones. To be great you must be able to interact with those leads though the phone, in most cases, in order to make the appointment. You have to be confident and sharp in those initial conversations. These are some great building blocks on getting that confidence to convert that lead and list that home!

  Dress for success! Studies show that when you are freshly shaved, combed hair and in slacks and a dress shirt you feel confident in your speaking giving you a higher success rate in converting that lead to get them the best home!

Have a plan of execution. Before you call make sure you plan of attack. Run the conversation through, have a script and practice with a friend. You’ll anticipate the clients responses and answer any concerns or reasons why they wouldn’t be able to buy or sell real estate.

  Stay consistent. Have a schedule of lead generation that you never break. The more you do it the easier it gets!
