- When are you available?
Many homes buyers prefer to have a Realtor available 24/7, some don’t mind contacting their Realtor during regular business hours. Find out what fits your needs and the process will go much smoother
- Do you have a team of staff members that will be involved throughout the transaction?
It is always good to know who else you will be dealing with and what role they play in finding your home. Many successful Realtors will have at least an assistant that will be available to if your Realtor is with other clients.
- Can I get the names of at least 3 past clients?
Interviewing a Realtor is just like interviewing someone at your office. Make sure they are well qualified and have a great track record of satisfied that they’ve serviced!
